Everything online is on the floor at 2910 Cleveland Blvd, plus new and used saddles you can take home the same day and try on your horse, with a 24 hour no risk return on in-store purchases. Open Monday to Thursday 11 to 5, Friday 10 to 5, Saturday 10 to 4.

How fast do orders ship?
We pack and ship from our shop in Caldwell, Idaho within 1 to 3 business days by USPS or UPS, and email tracking as soon as it is on the way. Most orders arrive within 3 to 14 business days. See the shipping policy.
Is shipping complimentary?
Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Local pickup at the Caldwell shop is always complimentary.
What if it is not right?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return on unworn, unused items with tags. Email rranch15@gmail.com and we will send a return label and instructions. Sale items and gift cards are final. See the return policy.

Can I try a saddle before I buy it?
Yes, in the shop. On most saddles bought in person, you can take it home the same day and try it on your horse, with a 24 hour no risk return if it does not fit. The try-out applies to in-person purchases, not online orders.
